What Is Your Fitness Attitude?

Have you ever made a resolution to “exercise more”…then after a few days of waking up early, losing sleep, experiencing sore muscles, not seeing immediate results….just decided that your position as a couch potato was more rewarding?  Maybe…just maybe what you really need is an attitude adjustment!!

How we approach fitness is as important as what we decide to do!  And unless you convince yourself of the true benefits of becoming more fit, you will most likely end up discouraged by the effort that it requires!  This is a journey that requires motivation, commitment, and hard work, and without the proper mental fortitude many folks simply give up! 

The most successful ventures in life require passion!  Find yours!  Find the motivation that will inspire you to improve your life!  Find that magic that encourages you to be the best you can be…and then…just do it!  Once you incorporate a fitness program into your lifestyle, you will never be satisfied returning to the position of…couch potato! 🙂
