Richard’s training is great! Each session is a full workout with stretching, cardio, strength training, and core work. He continually adds new exercises with different pieces of equipment to keep things interesting. Within minutes of arriving he has me smiling and energized and in the frame of mind to give my best. After an hour I’ve burned more calories than I thought possible when I started. He is knowledgeable and enthusiastic and he keeps me motivated. I’ve never been able to stick with an exercise program until I signed up with Richard 6 months ago. Now I look forward to my sessions each week and, with his encouragement, even do additional cardio workouts on my own. I very highly recommend Richard to anyone interested in starting a new training program, or who has gotten bored with workouts in the past! Although I just recently began working with Richard, I am already excited about the progress our training sessions have yielded.  With the start of my program, Richard took the time to fully assess my personal goals.  He then developed a dynamic regimen which fit squarely within the scope of my objectives.

The methodology he employs during each session is unique and offers the opportunity to maximize overall results.  Throughout each session, Richard monitors progress and is cognizant in identifying areas which may need slight improvement; based on such appraisal, he makes reasonable adjustments as necessary.  And while he encourages me to push to my full potential, he does not make me feel like I need to exceed a point where I would cause injury to myself; candidly, in this type of environment, such a characteristic is difficult to find.

I have worked with several trainers in the past and Richard is, by far, superior in his technique and is to be commended for his efforts in helping others achieve their goals.
